We provide following Architectural drawings for Planning and Building Regulations package which are included within our Fees:

  • A full set of 1:100 scaled As Existing Floor Plans, Roof Plans and Elevations;
  • Unlimited changes to your proposed layouts during the development phase of the works;
  • A Full Set of 1:100 scaled As Proposed Floor Plans, Roof Plans and Elevations;
  • Your 1:1250 site map and 1:200 Existing and Proposed Site Block Plans;
  • We will submit your Planning Application on your behalf and act as your Planning Agent;
  • Upgrade your Planning Drawings to a Building Regulations package consisting of detailed 1:50 A1 or A3 size drawings;
  • Submit your Building Regulations Full Plans Application and act as your Building Regulations Agent;
  • When all of your necessary permissions and approvals are in place we will send you PDF files of your drawings and documentation and 2x paper copies of your full Planning and Building Control Package.
  • Our fees includes SITE SURVEY–WE CAN ARRANGE THE SURVEYS AT WEEKENDS
  • Our fees are charged for Architectural drawings only, Structural engineer / Contractor fees are not included within our prices.

PLANNING PERMISSION

Your local planning authority is responsible for deciding whether a development should go ahead – granting Planning Permission. ‘dsquare design’ is experienced in the Planning area and when initially meeting with you they will discuss the various planning requirements particular to your local authority. Many projects do not need Planning Permission and they will happily advise you of what is and is not applicable to your project. If Planning Permission is required, they will advise what your local authority will allow and discuss the procedure in more detail.
